19. Good Things About Today

This is just a quick post because I keep forgetting to record good things about my days.

  • Had some great quality time with my wife.
  • Got up and did yoga and exercise even though I didn’t want to.
  • Found time for meditation, and planned ahead to make sure I could still do it OUTSIDE.
  • Had a lovely phone call with my daughter.
  • Another successful day of my goals.
