16. My Fitness Plan + Yoga

If I am going to actually succeed in my fitness and exercise plan for this week then I need to take it seriously and have a plan.

Wednesday: 20 mins cross trainer, 20 mins walk

Thursday: 40 mins cross trainer

Friday: 40 min walk

Saturday: 20 mins cross trainer, 20 mins walk

Sunday: 40 min walk

Monday: 40 mins cross trainer

Tuesday: 1 hour 20 walk (walking into town and back)

Yoga:

I have tried yoga a couple of times now, from http://yogawithadriene.com/. She has a range of free yoga videos, and I am all about the free anything. I like it because there is a Yoga for Absolute Beginners video – you can find that here.

I don’t know much (anything) about yoga, but there seem to be a lot of benefits to it.

I am aiming to do four yoga sessions per week, and today’s has just been completed, so I am on track.
